RENT OR BUY Coffee Machines

We have a range of coffee machines which we offer to either purchase or can provide a weekly rental agreement. The machines we have available change regularly.

If you purchase a coffee machine from us - we offer a 6 month warranty for the machine. We offer support with any quesions and issues.

EQUIPMENT PURCHASE

Installation - we can offer an installation of the machine into your premises which we can discuss with you.

Warranty - Purchased machines come with a 6 month repair and parts warranty

Delivery - We offer a free delivery (pallet or courier - usually 2-3 business days delivery)

Consumables - Our machines are all preset set and calibrated to using Jack's Beans products including our coffee beans, hot chocolate and cleaning materials.

We recommend purchasing a water filter and replace annually - £89

EQUIPMENT RENTAL

We offer machines on a weekly rental agreement, this includes delivery of the machine. We do charge an installation fee at your premises a standard £250. If you require mains water fittings we can provide this solution or alternatively provide a pump and tank system.

Deposit - we do require a refundable security deposit upon order of the machine of £500. This will be returned at the end of the rental agreement upon inspection of the machine.

Maintenance - You have peace of mind with support and maintenance support and annual service of the equipment during the rental agreement. We offer different length of time for rentals and can continue on a rolling weekly rental agreement. Usually min 12 months. 

Payment - you will receive an invoice weekly which can be paid by direct debit from your bank 2 days after receipt on email of the invoice. 

Delivery - We aim to dipatch a rental machine to you upon receipt of the the signed agreement. A courier or pallet will deliver to your premises.
